Hello, my name is Michelle Moran. I specialize in permanent makeup, also known as cosmetic tattooing, and custom tattoo work.

For over six years, I've been a perfectionist, meticulously sculpting brows and creating illustrative, ornamental, and fine-line tattoos. I genuinely enjoy helping my clients feel more confident.

I offer bespoke permanent makeup treatments, including ombré, combination, and hair stroke machine brows. Each treatment is tailored to your individual features and preferences, whether you desire a soft, fluffy finish or a more defined and structured look.

Beyond cosmetic tattooing, I also create illustrative, ornamental, and fine-line custom tattoo work. Additionally, I provide a laser tattoo removal service for both cosmetic and traditional tattoos.
